A Diagnostic Device for the Rapid and Simultaneous Detection of Active and Past COVID‑19 Infection
This proposal describes altering existing Serpe Group sensing technology to address the pressing need for new, fast, inexpensive, and portable diagnostic tools for COVID‑19 infection. The strength of the approach that we are proposing is that we believe it can be used to detect both active and past COVID‑19 infection. Furthermore, the approaches that we will develop here will be able to be easily adapted to detect emerging virus infections.
