CanCOVID Evaluation Survey​

Dear Colleagues and Members of the CanCOVID Community,​

​We at CanCOVID would like to invite you to participate in a brief evaluation survey to provide your feedback and thoughts on our past, present, and future activities in support of an evidence-informed response to the COVID‑19 pandemic in Canada. This should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time. Any/all feedback received will be vitally important to our understanding of what has worked well for our scientific, health system, and lay communities, where we can improve, and ideas for next steps. A summary of the responses received by December 17th will be shared ASAP, although the survey will remain open to gather feedback over time.​
